We have an excellent opportunity to join a well established and expanding electrical engineering Company offering an immediate start, in a technically interesting role based in North Wales. As a specialist in the UK, our company has worked within major nuclear, automotive, aviation and security organizations around the Country. Due to recent expansion, we now require an experienced Electrical Technician to add support to our permanent team through this busy time. You will be required to work overtime and weekends time to time.
You will be provided a company vehicle and company work wear.
The successful candidate will also have opportunity to further develop there career and training within the company.
For the role you must have experience following:
- General industrial electrical installation
- Fault Finding
- Self-Project Management
- Control Panel assembly
- Cable assembly
- Drives
- PLC systems
- Terminating, Crimping, soldering etc.
- Testing to 17th Edition Regulations
- Permanent position
Qualifications Required:
- Time served Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering
- 17th Edition 7671 Regulations
- HNC / HND Electrical Engineering
- 2391/2394 and 2395 Test and Inspection (desirable)
The Person:
- Experienced HNC / HND electrical technician/control panel wireman / Installation.
- Hands on experience in electrical panel wiring with the ability to interpret schematic drawings
- Candidates must have electrical and mechanical assembly experience
- Working from diagrams and good manual dexterity is essential
- Self motivated and able to problem solve
